Cowork with us – December 5

Join IndieSpace for a coworking day at the Signature Theatre on Tuesday, December 5, from 12:00 to 4:00pm. You can work with us the entire time or pop in for an hour.

We ask that everyone RSVP to attend. The Signature Theatre lobby has free WiFi and tables/desks. IndieSpace will be providing complimentary snacks. It is an opportunity to connect with other artists or just take some time to work in a new setting.

We are delighted that Gonzalo Casals, former Commissioner at the Department of Cultural Affairs and Senior Research and Policy Fellow at the Mellon Foundation, will be joining us again!

He can talk with attendees about policy, city government, the budget, and support for indie theater. Like an Ask Me Anything! Discuss the challenges we face as a community and those specific to your organization. If you can’t attend in person, please email questions for Gonzalo to hello@indiespace.org

The Signature Theatre is located at 480 West 42nd Street, New York, NY 10036.

We will be working in the lobby.

Accessibility information: 

• The venue entrance is on the ground floor.

• You need to tell security that you are visiting the lobby to cowork with IndieSpace. 

• There are two elevators to take you to the lobby on the second floor. 

• The second floor has accessible bathrooms with ramps that are divided by gender, but there is signage that you are welcome to use whichever bathroom feels right for you.

• There are chairs with no arms and various couches for seating.

• There is WiFi in the space.

• Masks are not required to be worn in the space. We are encouraging and supportive of any individuals who choose to wear a mask.
